Bardorba's first visit to Lea Monde, forty years before the events of the game, and Sydney's early childhood. This isn't nearly finished, but no point in not having the first part up, I guess. It's one of those stories where what's written isn't going to undergo any changes.
A poem. Blank verse at that, very take-Alexander-O.-Smith's-language-level-and-abscond-to-Vegas. (I'm not a terribly good poet.) The metaphor I employ in this ficverse is that Lea Monde is somewhat analogous to a computer, the runes on its walls to program code: information to be downloaded into the mind and body of the chosen Heir. This Sydney speaks from pre-game to post-game, a ghost in the machine.
