Tobias Kent
Age - 54Appearence - Tobias was born a farmer's son, and it shows. He's a strong practical man who is plauged with a wandering wife, and watching his money siphon away. His hair has gone grey early. He was born in the kingdom, and lived near the Aragain family lands. His eyes are brown.
Backstory - Tobias served on the supply trains during his stint in the army.
Personality - Tobias wishes he lived in the better world. He doesn't.
Cadmus Penthian
Age - 75Appearence - Spiderlike and looks like he'd fall apart if he tripped on some stairs. He used to be a fine soldier in the calvery, and still has a little of the military bearing.
Backstory - Cadmus is the oldest of the Peers. He sides with Yonathen. Thomas Malvern used to be an aide de camp of his.
Personality - Cadmus is a stiff old man that was once a stiff young man. He hates change, uppity women, and bad wine.
Roland Paltier
Age - 39Appearence - Brown hair that turns blonde in the summer, and tall.
Backstory - Met Olivier during the war, and they've never really parted. He's one of the youngest Peers. His mother believes that she is the commander of his life, and he has never really fought against her. He wears wire frame glasses that tend to slide down his nose when he's not paying attention.
Personality - He follows his mother's wishes, and is weary of it.
Olivier Ithis
Age - 37Appearence - One of the few Peers from the Eastern side. He's the son of a mining company. He's taller then most of the Peers (taller even then Yonathen) and has almost white hair.
Backstory - According to some rumors, he's Roland's lover. He votes with Kaitlyn. His family has made their money in the mines of the Eastern side. They are mostly concerned with the business and not the affairs of their son.
Personality - Loves pranks. He's a generally cheerful man who tends to smile to hide his hatred.
Marcus Aragain
Age - 61Appearence - Brown eyes, slightly receding but still full and mostly dark hair (a bit of gray, but not what you'd expect in an older man), thus leading to an appearance of a man years younger than he really is. He's one of the few Peers that can look Yonathen in the eye.
Backstory - Marcus is a loyal follower of the Church of Light, and endevours to be neutral in the face of politics.
Personality - Fatherly and caring and prone to quoting Church scripture. Very dignified demeanour in public, much more relaxed when alone with friends and most colleagues.
Bors Newhaven
Age - 50Appearence - Average nobleman all in all - prone to being flustered. Hair going white at the temples but mostly pale brown. Warm brown eyes. He looks a little older than he is. A very nice smile. Average height; built solidly but not fat. Dignified, but in a favorite-grandpa fashion.
Backstory - Has a crush on Kaitlyn.
Personality - Bors is cheerful, relatively. A little hotblooded, tends to give little kids candy, and would never admit that he carries a bar of saltwater taffy around for just the purpose. Also, he eats them himself. Occasionally shows the strain of his job, but he's doing his best to but on a happy face. Believes the best of people and is terribly upset when they behave porrly. Vis, his mistress leaving him for a richer, younger man. He'd assumed she loved him for himself.
Tomas Malvern
Age - 58Appearence - A tiny bit taller than average, but looks short, because he's quite slender. Unremarkably handsome. Greenish eyes, dark hair to shoulders, which is terribly old-fashioned, but he likes it better that way. Has a noticable scar on his right hand thanks to an accident with a hot poker in his youth.
Backstory - He ascended early, but the accident is which his father died was entirely nonsuspicious; his horse took fright when attacked by a merecat and threw him into a ravine.
Personality - Utterly calm. The kind of man who'd look up from his book as a hurricane hit the building he was in and wonder why everyone was rushing about. Gentle to people he thinks need it, but very harsh to the unitellegent and needlessly hysteric. Loyal to friends and family, but has few friends.
Gerioth Evanheart
Age - 69Appearence - Gerioth is a politician that married into money and worked hard to keep it. He's more married to his paperwork and politics then his wife.
Backstory - Gerioth's wife drinks like a fish, and is almost pleasant when she's sober. She slept with someone while drunk, and Gerioth knows it wasn't him. Seeking solace, he slept with an understanding inn keeper - Trevor was the result. He always preferred Trevor.
Personality - Weary and guilty. When he was young he was a dashing, handsome young man with a bit of a reckless streak and a penchant for rescuing young ladies., Not from dragons, there were no dragons, but more from muggers and unpleasant elder brothers they had been sent to dinner with and the like. A softie to a favored few of them.
