He stretches his arms out, not giving a thought to the pain wracking his body, and testing the strength in his hands.
They were weak. Weaker than he was accustomed to, but they would do for now.
Rolling his head, he feels the subtle crack of vertebra in his neck and grimaces as the pounding in his head eases slightly.
Walking toward the door, he gives a slight backward glace to the Delvian lying unconscious on the floor. She should known better.
Smiling, he exits the apothecary. It felt almost as if Crichton was a new suit of clothing, begging to be tested and worn in front of those that knew him best, but instead he turns toward the hanger. His mission almost complete, he knew he had to hurry and safely deliver Crichton into Scorpius' hands.
