Presents!

You know, it's rather creepy how often the events of a given week in my life follow a theme, but it helps organize my thoughts.

Yesterday, a package arrived from Japan containing the somewhat overdue Christmas presents from my cousin. An "engrish" coated sweatshirt, and Starscream, the original Transformer. The day before that however was the big haul. A friend of mine, who realized he hadn't touched'em in forever, gave me all his Saturn games. So I now have QUITE the stack of old obscure RPGs, and a whole box full of unplayable garbage too!

I doubt you care about the presents I got though, so let's move on to the ones you get.

First, of course, we have...

Yes, despite promising myself I wouldn't touch it until five people paid the shareware fee, I finished up the first sourcebook for the diceless RPG many more people seem to like than I expected. So once again it seems my generous nature has cheated me out of the money I need to fund that generousity. On the plus side though, expansion for you!

Don't expect the next couple to go up that quick though. For those, not only do I need motivation, I also need big piles of sample characters and adventure logs, which of course mean people have to spend a few months actually playing the game, and throwing logs at me.

Moving on, the other present I planned to give you was my first anime music video, but that won't be happening today, because A- I have yet to compress it to less than 40 megs, and B- if I hosted such a file here, this page would instantly go bye-bye. And quite frankly, getting a cheesy little movie file out to a few of you is NOT worth losing my space with the Best Webhost Ever. (Mmm! These are some good tasting boots!) Don't worry about B though, I know where I can stick it once I can shrink the file size down.

Anyway though, while I can't give you that just now, consider this a consolation prize:
