Console Wars

You may have noticed I haven't updated this in a while, no, wait, you haven't. Don't lie to me! I put in a hit counter, nobody's been here! Ahem, anyway... I've been really busy, bla bla bla bla bla bla school bla bla bla working on my RPG bla bla.

I was just looking at news stories on RPGamer and I saw something that ticks me off a tad. The team responsible for Phantasy Star is working on a new RPG for the Dreamcast. Why does this tick me off you ask? Simple. This means I have to get a Dreamcast. Coupled with the fact that Square is going to be working for the PSX2, and that I obviously must by every Nintendo system until Shigeru Miyamoto dies or retires, this means over the next couple years I'm going to have to spend around $1000 on video game systems! That's factoring in controllers obviously, and possibly a Gameboy Color since a friend of mine has my old gameboy and won't give it back. Anyway, this really sucks for me, because, as should be obvious by the very existance of this page, I don't have a job. Anybody need a web designer? Seriously, I can do better than this, really! I have other pages with pictures and frames and font styles and so on. Hmm... nobody seems to be hiring me. Very well, you leave me no choice, if I don't get a job from SOMEBODY soon, I might have to make this page shareware. That's right, you'd be under a moral obligation to pay me $10 every time you come here!

Fine, fine, fine, I'll just sell my blood or something... I don't trust bloodbanks though... any vampires around? Seriously, I'm OK with that as long as you don't take too much or pay well!

Ahem, enough about me... I (doh) just realized that the last update or two on here has been on the preachy side, so I think I'll give you some pure comedy:

There we go, and now for something a little more serious, which would you rather have? Gnarly Psychic Powers, or a Mech? With the psychic powers, you could communicate telepathicly, move stuff around with your mind, and maybe even possess people. With a mech on the other hand, you could uh... fight other mecha, and uh... destroy Tokyo, and maybe kil Bill Gates!
