OK, there was an inexcusable wait before this. Even accounting for my resigning myself to just one rant a week, I missed one. I'm really sorry, I've just been unbelievably busy. That and the last couple weekends people have been preventing me from getting any sleep. Anyway, the guilt from this absense may be partially responsible for the fact that last night at 3 AM I woke up, jumped out of bed, came over, turned on the computer, and wrote Slime World 59.
No, I'm not implying the Bill Amend, my favorite active comic artist and fellow Mac user, is stealing my ideas. In fact, I'm pretty sure all the proffessional comics for the year are written in a big frenzied session over the summer so he couldn't steal my idea.
Anyway, on a totally different subject, just after the last rant I put up, Sharkey decided to pull his page down, move it to a different server, and only give the url to a few people like me and Thor. He also said I could post it because you people don't tend to go there. Irronically though, it's down. Anyway, not to let a little fact like that stop me, he also made an archive/roast of Slime World which you may enjoy. Hmm, now I have made a page referencing a page, referencing this page! Now you shall all be sucked into an infinate loop that will surely destroy the universe! Unless one of us remembered to make a little page with no code... that's a programming joke, so if you don't get it, tough.
Anyway, while I'm on the subject of comics, I think I'm obligated to mention something about Charles Schultz or Peanuts. Fine. I never liked the strip, and when it left I was hoping my paper would finally carry Fox Trot.
