RoboWar
This is going to be a good sized rant I think, so let me get Slime World out of the way first.
Now then, the other day I was looking around my computer and found something I haven't touched in a LONG while. RoboWar. It's a Mac only program, so most of you will probably never see it, although there are a number of vastly inferior clones of it for PCs and even one for the PlayStation. Oh, and for those few of you who have Macs, take a look at this. Besides, it's totally free.
Anyway, the point to RoboWar is that you build (that's the simple part, just distribute a few points to various stats like processor speed, HP, and weapons) and then program (using a heavily modified variant of assembly that's pretty easy to pick up) robots which then battle to the death.
Every couple months there's a tournament where people from around the world submit their best robots then they send out the results to everyone, plus you can download the winning robots.
Anyway, as I was saying, I was playing around with this for a while the other day, and I made a couple robots as jokes that are surprisingly effective. One of them just runs along the bottom of the screen shooting constantly, the other goes to the top of the screen and goes back and forth really fast until it sees something below it, then it drops on it and explodes. If any of you happen to actually have the program and want to see them, just e-mail me.
Hmm... you know what? This rant really interesting if you aren't into RoboWar is it? Well, sorry. It was either that or Pokémon. I put a lot of effort into this scary pic though.
Hey! Here's an idea! From now on, if you thik you can name EVERY character in a scary pic, e-mail me and I'll try to find some kind of prize for you! It would have to be something really sucky though, like say, an autographed Slime World or the pictures I used to make the Scary Pic in question. Probably the latter since I hate trying to sign stuff with a mouse. 8) Start with the last one. Oh, and looking at the official name of the image by downloading it or something is cheating.

on a scale of 1-10 I'd give this a fear factor of about 6 or 7 with the extremes being the Speed Racer and Piccolo ones...
