A: My ISP changed my password (without warning!), because I was unable to pay my bill. Therefore I'm unable to get to my web space at net-link.net to update it. I'd been meaning to rename and redesign the site for awhile (ever since I found out that there was an earmouse.com that was someone else's homepage :P), and so I took this opportunity to go ahead with the revamping. Earmouse will probably be deleted soon, since I'm unlikely to get a job before the account completely expires... grrr, and I couldn't even leave a forwarding page.

Q: Can you give me web design tips/critique my site?
A: Maybe. My hands are in really poor shape lately, so I can't do much emailing, so generally I've been only replying to urgent stuff. If you're willing to wait, sure, go ahead and ask me for a site critique. But don't be surprised if it takes a month or so for me to reply. Later on, I'd like to put some HTML tutorials up... depends if I have time though. Also, keep reading...

Q: Can I use some of your art/graphics/midis/stories?
A: Not without asking. Email me and let me know what you want to use it for. This rule doesn't apply if you want to just have it for personal use; for example, if you want to make a picture your Windows wallpaper, or save a copy to your HD, that's fine, you don't need to ask. But if you want to distribute it or publish anything on another web page, you do. ;) In most cases, it's fine, as long as you don't claim it as your own work, don't distribute it to other people for their use as well, and credit it properly. This should be common sense, but I've had people rip off my stuff before.

Q: Will you draw [subject/character/scene] for me?
A: Maybe, but I'm searching for a paying job and don't have a lot of free time; I'll have less when I actually get one. So see the next question.

Q: Can I commission you to do a picture/web layout/LiveJournal style for me?
A: Now that I can get behind. Makes me sound cheap, but paying rent and buying food is the big priority, right? Email me and we can discuss the particulars and pricing; for most pictures, I would imagine it would be between $15-$25 depending on the media involved (pencil, ink, soft-style CG, cell-style CG, colored pencil). Websites and so on might vary widely depending on what you want and how many graphics would need to be created.

Q: How do you draw anime/manga style?
A: Me personally? I don't, aside from some silly SDs now and then. :P My personal style is derived more from American comics and tons of portrait drawing classes than anything else, and anime is just a teeny influence of mine. I tried drawing anime-style for awhile, and you can see the results of that in the Junk section. Why? Because it's junk. My style does not meld well with anime style. If you want to learn to draw anime style, I'd suggest you start off learning to draw in your own way first, then find an anime/manga whose style is similar to your own. For instance, I do far better trying to draw Pokémon style than I do trying to draw say, Sailor Moon or Dragonball style.

Q: Do you have ICQ/AIM/IRC?
A: I almost never use ICQ/AIM, due to people who I don't know who added me to their list "just to chat". I don't really "chat". I don't talk at all unless there's a reason to. Don't get me wrong, I'm not hostile, but I honestly have nothing at all to say most of the time. I use IRC a lot, simply because there are numerous people in a channel ordinarily, so it doesn't matter if I don't say anything at all for a long time, if I don't have anything to say or my hands are hurting.
