Cute Li'l Vegeta-chan

This absurd little pic was more or less done as a joke... I don't remember why, but a while back on IRC, I changed my handle to "Vegeta-chan", and started talking like "I am the cutest warrior in the universe!! ^____^" to annoy people. Well, this SD and completely out of character picture was to annoy them further. Heh heh heh...
