Animated Chibi-Paul

Made for Paul Appreciation Day at the Get Backers LJ community. The first one is supposed to be part of a larger animation, which has yet to be finished... the second was a request after someone saw the first. ;) And yes, I made them by hand, pixel by pixel. Different layers for the head, body, and arms though, so that I could maneuver them more easily...
