Okay, I have a bit better idea who this guy is. His name's Adam, he has a back story, a personality, a family, and his powers are all very well defined... he just doesn't have a code name. *sigh* His powers have to do with sonic waves, but all the names I could think of either sounded dumb or were already taken. It just ain't fair... Ah well, someday I'll scan the colored version of this pic.
