Kain Highwind

Yep, rounding off my bishounen gallery... Heehee. I've been going through this whole Final Fantasy IV renaissance lately, I just love that game! And Kain's always been my favorite character... so dark, cold, boiling inside with jealousy... That's why I've written two fics centering around him, and so one day I decided I wanted to draw him... thing is, I just couldn't get his armor right, so I started sketching this little super-deformed picture of him just to get an idea of how it all went together... I ended up liking this pic, so instead of using it as a reference, I inked and colored it. :P
I think what I really like about this pic is the shading on the helmet, and the feet. I've never been good at drawing feet, but I like these. Even if, as Toaster Thief pointed out, they do kinda look like Megaman's. Heheh...
