Sailor Fisheye

*hums Sailor Venus' Japanese henshin theme* o/` Sailor Fiiiisheye~! o/` This is a birthday pic for my dear Rob, who got a copy of this pic without the writing at the bottom to prevent theft and so on. ;) Couple days before his birthday, I still hadn't figured out what to draw for him (since I'm dead broke, all I could do was draw something), then he mentioned Fish Eye in a fuku... well, why the heck not? I'm rather surprised it came out as well as it did... maybe I can pull through for a good cause. ;) But this is the first picture I ever did where I'm not completely disgusted by the way the hands turned out.
And yes, we're both perfectly aware that Fish Eye is a male.
