With Tami as Flik. When she was visiting at Christmas '02, I added armor and belt to the Viktor outfit I had already started, and supplemented her existing Flik outfit with the boot wraps, a longer headband, the blue thing on the leg, and the cape. For the leathery stuff on Viktor's armor and Flik's cape, we actually used leather-texture vinyl from a fabric store, since I don't have proper leather-working tools.

Viktor wasn't quite finished, and I couldn't find the belt I really wanted to use, but... we had fun playing around in the outfits anyway. "You're losing your touch, Lightning!"

We dressed as Viktor and Flik again for ACen '03, and here are pictured with a McDohl. As you may be able to see, here Viktor's armor is somewhat improved (with a bit of real leather in a lighter color), and I actually have the belt I originally wanted to use, which is long enough to wrap over the shoulder too. Now I just need to get the right boots...

Heh heh heh... and I made Viktor's bear lion flag too. Just a quick camcorder shot and capture for now... I have some fun ideas about things to do with this at a con, if Tami and I ever dress as Viktor and Flik again.
